First of all, I feel that the company is very much accommodating to the needs of the patient. The caregivers themselves seem to be quite well-versed. They always tell the patient in advance what’s going to be done. They treat my husband quite respectfully, and they work together as a team with anybody else who is assisting them. I find that they’re quite fluent in English, and being that English is the mother tongue here in the U.S., it’s quite helpful that they can communicate and be understood in English. If I am pleased with you, which I am, of course I would recommend you very well and I sincerely mean that. I would highly recommend PSS HOME CARE.

I want to express my gratitude to PSS Home Care and its staff. The Director has always been responsive to us and our wishes. There are always immediate callbacks. Thanks to the professional and compassionate caring by the aides of this Home Care agency, my husband and I have been able to feel reassured for the first time in 4 years since he became bedridden that he will have someone he knows, and who knows him, and who will be respectful, kind, intelligent and receptive to his needs and wishes.

PSS Home Care has always tried to make reasonable matches between HHA’s and my husband’s needs, which are appreciably greater than the average client. All intended HHA caregivers from PSS Home Care first come for orientation where both get to know one another in a 2-hour session. Both can then decide if this is right for each of them. This procedure was not done by any of the previous 12 agencies that I have. I highly value that. There has been consistency. They make very sure he (my husband) is covered. All the PSS aides we have had have been a blessing to us, with their dedication, hard work and passion, and I tell them so. They have become a part of our family, and teamwork is the name of the game.

I warmly commend this Home Care agency to others seeking the best for their loved ones.
